This is a proposal for a municipality building in Tensta north of Stockholm. The strategy has been to:
1. React to the strict million housing architecture by proposing a circular building.
2. Work with nature by proposing a public green roof garden.
3. Showcase the presence of democracy by placing bureaucratic practices visible to the public.
